As the winter solstice approaches, join the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness (CCPEH) in commemorating National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day on December 21st, 2023. This year, we invite you to witness a powerful art installation at The Historic Court House in Chester County, which will be available from noon on December 20 to noon on December 22.
An Art Event featuring Tori Fisher, member of the CCPEH Lived Experience Advisory Board and artist behind the piece, "436 Cranes", will take place on Thursday December 21st from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Since 1990, National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day has been a poignant reminder of lives lost while experiencing homelessness. This year, we stand together to make a powerful statement: we cannot let homelessness grow in Chester County. Join us on this important occasion as we come together to remember, reflect, and take action because together we can make a difference.
